Hallmark Solutions has provided PAMS software for Norbrook Laboratories since January 2006. Since then Norbrook Laboratories Ltd has grown to be one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. With manufacturing facilities on four continents and Sales and Marketing offices in over 30 countries the company exports to more than 120 countries worldwide.
Norbrook Laboratories has a particularly large veterinary division and is the only company in the world licenced by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States to manufacture sterile injections for veterinary use outside the USA and import the same for sale in USA.
Balcas Timber is one of Hallmark Solutions’ oldest clients with its Human Resources Department using PAMS since 1999. Following the addition of Hallmark’s GetGot Balcas is now one of Britain’s and Ireland’s largest wood products suppliers with a turnover of £65 million, The Group now has 700 direct employees with an additional 300 people engaged in forest harvesting and haulage.
Furthermore Balcas’ implementation of Human Resource Software from Hallmark has improved the quality of its employee information, streamlined internal communication and reduced administration.

The Council for Catholic Maintained Schools (CCMS) is the advocate for the Catholic Maintained Schools sector in Northern Ireland. CCMS represents Trustees schools and Governors on issues such as raising and maintaining standards the school estate and teacher employment.
As the largest employer of teachers in Northern Ireland (8500 teachers) CCMS plays a central role in supporting teachers whether through its welfare service or, for example, in working parties such as the Teachers’ Salaries Negotiating Committee into Teacher Pay and Conditions of Service.
GetGot has been used to make the application process for CCMS jobs easier for both the applicant and the employer. The Human Resource Manager of CCMS states that the major advantages of GetGot is that it allows candidates to complete their application form online. This reduces incomplete and inaccurate information and avoids difficult-to-read handwriting. Furthermore applicant data can be downloaded into a company’s Human Resource system.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is one of the many Councils throughout Northern Ireland that use PAMS. This Council became a Hallmark Client in 2002 and has recently purchased GetGot, providing applicants with the facility to apply online.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is a unique local authority covering one entire county in Northern Ireland. County Fermanagh makes up 1/8 of the province’s land mass and the Council represents the largest local government district in geographical terms.
The Special EU Programmes Body is one of the six cross border Bodies set up under the “Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom establishing implementing bodies” signed on 8 March 1999 with the intention of building peace and reconciliation.
The Special EU Programmes Body has been using Hallmark Solutions GetGot software since December 2004 to help recruit staff for a range of programmes including the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation (PEACE II), worth over €707 million, and the €182 million INTERREG IIIA Programme.
